Carol and Larry
Carol and Larry first met while attending Immaculate Conception High School in Dennison, Ohio in 1965. The high school sweethearts were married on January 16, 1971, at Immaculate Conception Church, by Reverend Father Robert T. Manning, in front of their family and friends.
Throughout their 50 year marriage, the couple have remained steadfast supporters of one another. From pursuing their careers to raising their daughter Jennifer, the couple approaches everything in life as a happy team.
Carol and Larry enjoy doing household activities together, traveling, golfing, walking and spending time with family and friends.
And now as the couple prepares to celebrate their 50th wedding anniversary, we are inviting you to help us commemorate this special day.

About the Sweethearts
Carol worked at Immaculate Heart of Mary School as a Kindergarten Assistant and retired after 28 years of service. In addition to her career, Carol volunteered at the Christ Society of Akron for several years and was active in supporting the Immaculate Heart of Mary School and Parish.
Larry graduated from The Ohio State University with a Bachelor of Science and Masters Degree in Civil Engineering. He went on to serve as First Lieutenant in the United States Army before pursuing his career. Larry served as Ohio EPA District Engineer and retired as Water Utilities Superintendent for the City of Cuyahoga Falls.
